A 30-minute Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Please bring a blanket to class and wear loose warm layers for relaxation.
Ashtanga is a strong, dynamic practice, which focuses on controlled breathing (ujaii pranayama), synchronised with the sequence of postures (asana), and direction of the gaze to specific points (dristi).
