Yin & Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is fast becoming the biggest health trend of 2017. Our monthly Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic Sleep’ is a deep meditation that will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed. A 30-minute Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Please bring a blanket to class and wear loose warm layers for relaxation.
