Our hot studio is heated using the latest infrared technology and reaches temperatures of 35°C. Infrared warms the muscles and helps you to get deeper into your postures and release toxins from your skin. You will sweat! Please bring water and a towel with you to class. Ideal for those who have tried yoga before but can be modified for beginners
