There is no mystery to Meditation & Mindfulness. At it’s simplest it is just a great way to relax and unwind. Our meditation and yoga nidra sessions give you a chance to experience gentle movement, deep relaxation and learn simple techniques, the benefits of which you will feel immediately.
Yoga Nidra is fast becoming the biggest health trend of 2017. Our monthly Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic Sleep’ is a deep meditation that will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed. A 30-minute Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Please bring a blanket to class and wear loose warm layers for relaxation.
