Our dedicated Pregnancy Yoga classes are every Tuesday, 6.15pm at our Aldridge Studio. From day 1 of pregnancy we use simple Yoga movement, breathing, visualisation and deep relaxation techniques to give mums-to-be the most wonderful experience during pregnancy. After Baby is born our Baby Yoga & Massage classes will help mum and baby bond in a calm, relaxed and positive environment. Suitable for babies aged 8 weeks to 8 months old (pre crawlers).

We use simple Yoga movement, breathing, visualisation and deep relaxation techniques to give mums-to-be the most wonderful experience of Yoga during pregnancy.

We are insured from day one of pregnancy in this class.  If you are 14 weeks and beyond you may attend Beginners Yoga & Meditation classes but you must inform Reception & the class teacher on arrival. For the best value purchase a Pregnancy 5 Class Pass for £36.

Pregnancy Yoga-Sandstone-Yoga-Pilates

For Mums and their babies aged 8 weeks to 8 months. Our Monday morning Baby Yoga & Massage Class is designed to encourage bonding, aids baby’s development, vestibular system (balance/ co-ordination) & sensory stimulation and can help ease those tricky colic symptoms.
