“Yoga has been an important part of my life for the last 5 years, although I first went to a class about 10 years ago. I find Yoga so beneficial to our mental, emotional and physical well-being.
I practice Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Broga Yoga and Jivamukti and I also really enjoy a Yin Restorative class – variety is good.
I recently visited India undertaking my 200 Yoga Teacher Training qualification in Astanga/Vinyasa Flow Fusion and my 30 hour Yin Yoga Certificate.
Life is for living and my mantra is all about surrendering to the now and JumpThatScooter”.
