Hi, I'm Katie Wall

I have been practising yoga for over 15 years and it has been with me through many important stages in my life, including the birth of my son in 2015. I graduated from the very first Sandstone teacher Training Course in 2017 and have been teaching children and adults out in the community for just over a year.
I love to welcome people of all ages and abilities to my classes and encourage a non competitive environment. All I ask is that you listen to YOUR body, stay focused on your breath and choose the option for each posture that is right for YOU. You will be taken through postures and sequences that will help relieve stress and tension, build strength and improve your flexibility (no you don’t have to be able to touch your toes!). We practice Pranayama (breathing techniques) which can help to steady the mind and reduce anxiety, and I always end the class with a relaxing yoga nidra.
So whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner who has never stepped foot on a yoga mat, you are guaranteed a warm welcome in my classes and the chance to be part of the fantastic Sandstone community. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
