Hello, I’m Lyn White
I’ve been practicing Yoga for about 17 years & 14 years ago qualified as a teacher. I teach Hatha yoga the traditional form, which is a combination of breathing, Asanas, & relaxation.
Here at Bliss I teach beginners yoga & a Hatha yoga class. I’m also a qualified stress consultant. I believe everyone can benefit from Yoga whatever your age, fitness levels or any health issues you may have. Yoga is a complete mind body experience & practiced regularly you will benefit from increased flexibility, posture & breathing & you will become stronger both physically & emotionally. I love my teaching role & love to see people develop their practice. All my classes are non competitive & as long as people leave my classes feeling better, happier & relaxed. I’m happy!
