Hi, I'm Robert Gibbs

I began practising Yoga 15 years ago as a way of strengthening my core but quickly realised that it’s SO MUCH MORE than a physical practice.  On my journey over the years I’ve practised many styles of which my favourites are Jivamukti, Dharma, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Ying, Iyengar… let’s just stay that I love all aspects of Yoga.  Five years ago I completed my 200h Teacher Training which focused on Hatha, Ashtanga, Meditations & Pranayama, since then I have been teaching a mixture of Yoga styles in around the Birmingham area.  It has been a wonderful journey for me over the years both in my practice and in teaching others, as I witness them on their personal journeys.
