Hi, I'm Sarah Conibear

Graduate from Sandstone Teacher Training Academy.

I was introduced to yoga over ten years ago after being diagnosed with scoliosis (curvature of the spine).  By practicing a few times a week I started to notice less aches and pains in my spine…Not to mention the non physical benefits I felt off the mat such as creating stillness in the mind.

Thinking…there’s much more to this than just a physical practice, I enrolled on the Sandstone Foundations course and by 2015 with a desire to learn more I took the leap and completed the Sandstone 200 hour teacher training course.

My classes are an amalgamation of the styles I have practiced over the years, Jivamukti, Hot, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin, all with a focus on the breath.  Your breath is everything both on and off the mat!
