Temperatures in Studio 2 have risen as our new Hot Yoga Infrared Heaters have been fired up!
We are pleased to announce that this will mean that all Hot Yoga classes at Bliss will be now be heated by Infrared technology.
Many of you have been asking us for Infrared Hot Yoga at Bliss, and for good reason! You will really feel the difference!
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INFRARED HEAT?
We already know that Hot Yoga is a powerful and nurturing practice for all levels but combined with infrared heat it creates many additional benefits:
- Infrared warms the body (rather than the air) letting you experience a more breathable and therapeutic work out. Humidity and oxygen levels are also controlled.
- Infrared heat works by using your body’s energy to heat the room. This means that that sweat that is pouring off your body, is real sweat that you actually worked for (rather than sweat created by the atmosphere!)
- Your experience is as close to practicing yoga outside on a hot summer day as is possible for an indoor space.
- As with any yoga, it helps removes toxins, improves flexibility & joint mobility, promotes healing, reduces muscle stiffness and pain, decreases soreness & inflammation, increases circulation, improves skin tone, promotes weight loss, enhances heart function, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and speeds recovery.
