New Mum & Baby Yoga now at Sutton Coldfield

Our mum and baby yoga class is run by a registered midwife and certified baby and motherhood yoga instructor. Classes are small, friendly and informal to ensure you and your baby feel relaxed and calm. The classes provide the perfect environment for socialising and meeting other parents and babies.

Mum and baby yoga is a fantastic way to ease back into gentle exercise after giving birth, perform a sequence of interactive yoga moves with your baby that are designed specifically to help both you and your baby tone and stretch. We focus on pelvic floor toning, relaxation and of course having fun with our babies, followed by a chance to ask questions and chat after the class.

Baby yoga offers physical stimulation through nurturing loving touch, helping your baby to achieve their developmental milestones (rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking).

The class is suitable for full term babies from 12 weeks (after GP check-up) until they start crawling. If your baby was born pre-term, please contact us prior to booking.

To attend your baby must be well and not have had immunisations within 24 hours before the class.

Monthly Yoga for Runners now at Sutton Coldfield

Running brings a multitude of benefits but as a repetitive movement it can mean some muscle groups become over taxed.

Our monthly Sunday evening yoga for runners class in the Sutton Coldfield studio will focus on rebalancing the body with simple, functional poses.

We’ll work on lengthening those tight muscles, helping to improve your range of motion as well as on strengthening the core, feet and ankles, helping to improve running posture and protect you from injury.
