If you’re looking to increase your yoga knowledge and build your confidence to take your practice away with you then our Yoga Foundations course is for you. It’s a 10 month course with workshops held one Thursday a month. You will get the opportunity to learn:
- 30 key postures in depth
- At least four sequences for core strength, emotional rebalancing, for a healthy back and stress relief
- Deep relaxation techniques
- Energy boosting (Chakras, mudras)
- Spinal awareness
- Breathing techniques
- Yoga principles (Philosophy & Sanskrit)
This course is suitable for beginners and is non-competitive. It also gives you the building blocks if you are thinking of pursuing Yoga Teacher Training or owning your own Sandstone studio in the future.
