Did you know that most people start planning their new years resolutions in October? Did you also know that 80% of people abandon their new years resolutions by February? Yes, it’s that time of year again where we face the task of self-improvement by setting ambitious resolutions…and then often fail because we have placed unrealistic expectations on ourselves. So this year, rather than piling the pressure on yourself to ditch every bad habit & transform into Wonder Woman/ Superman by the end of January, why not focus on improving or getting rid of small habits that, when combined, can have a big effect on your daily life.
So, make this the year you;
  1. Identify what is holding you back & learn to let go. The Release & Rebalance workshop to be held at the Aldridge studio on 20th Jan will help you do this whilst also focusing on a positive resolve for the year ahead. You will also enjoy a nourishing, restorative physical practice & some Thai Yoga massage.
  2. Get Stronger – why not join Irina Billingham on her four week ‘Yoga for Strength’ course at the Sutton studio starting Sunday 20th January? Each 75 minute class will focus on a different area of the body & you will learn how to activate & effectively use muscles to build strength
  3. Change your career – thinking of becoming a yoga teacher? Our 200 hour TT course for 2019 is selling fast. Why not attend our FREE discover teacher training event on 19th January to see if you have what it takes!  Or even open your own high performing yoga studio with us…
  4. Take a break!  We have some amazing retreats planned for 2019/2020. Keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks for information on these fantastic short breaks & yoga holidays and put self-care top of your list.
