Hello, I’m Emma Matthews

Emma’s first experience of yoga was at high school in Australia and she still remembers floating off to her English Literature class afterwards, feeling happy and content.

Emma has been teaching students from age 3 to 88 since 2010. Emma is passionate about teaching yoga classes that are accessible to everyone, and which work to rebalance all the many layers of our beings, not just the physical body. She particularly loves teaching to children and young adults as well as working gently and therapeutically in adult classes.
