Hi, I'm Emma
Emma was introduced to yoga 15 years ago by her mom, to help combat exam stress. She later began a more regular practice due to sporting injuries and to combat back pain associated with long hours spent at a desk in her corporate office job.
Keen to share the benefits of yoga with others she joined the 2018 Sandstone teacher training cohort. Emma likes to teach relaxed, fun classes, holding poses to build strength, whilst connecting the breath with movement to calm the mind.
