Boris has been practising yoga for more than 10 years and is a qualified yoga teacher. Boris was taught Meditation by the Western Buddhist Order and has practised for many years. An Ashtanga at heart, he loves the core of the primary series every morning before work. A dedicated vegetarian, last eating meat in 1989 – and works hard on his passion for bread baking and vegan cookery!
