My Yoga journey began with me reading about it and wondering how something so seemingly simple can have such far reaching health benefits.  I had to try it and as soon as I did I was hooked!  Yoga for ne is the perfect tool for perfecting not just your body, but all aspects of your life.  This ancient discipline offers a wealth of tools for becoming a better version of ourselves, and it is a life-long journey.

My teaching style is personal, exciting and fun.  With my classes I try to challenge ingrown habits of body and mind and guide my students towards an opening process.  I always finish with guided relaxation, which I suspect is the favourite bit for some of my students.
