Hi, I'm Laura
I first started yoga during my college exams. At first it was a case of my regular gym class being to full so I chose the yoga class to do instead. I instantly fell in love with the class and before I knew it I was practising nearly every day. It challenged me but at the same time it helped me to relax and generally feel great! I have noticed so many changes within myself and my body since starting yoga and all for the better!
I decided to take this further and do the Sandstone teacher training course in 2016. I knew I wanted to pass my experiences of yoga on to other people who had never tried yoga before. After doing the course I feel so much more confident in everything I do, not just yoga. It’s all about remembering to breathe.
