Biography
I began practising yoga more than over 20 years ago. Then in 2015 I decided to deepen my practice by enrolling on a Yoga Foundations course. This inspired me to take the plunge complete my 200 hour teacher training. Following on from this I trained to teach restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
Over the 20 years that I have been practising my yoga has developed and changed. I started, as many do, with a passion for strong Vinyasa flow classes. Over time my understanding of what yoga actually is has led me to seek a more meditative style of class. This is reflected in my teaching. I still offer flow classes, but they are far more gentle and contain a greater emphasis on Pranayama and relaxation.
