Michelle Nicklin SYT & Founder of Sandstone Yoga & Pilates is developing a WELL WOMAN series of workshops & this specialised workshop on the menopause & perimenopause is the first in that series. Whether you are experiencing the changes or are interested in learning how yoga can help through this challenging life stage, then this workshop is for you!
The menopause is all about staying cool, calm & collected. During this workshop we will explore the changes a woman’s body goes through & how a specifically tailored yoga practice can support our physical & mental wellbeing during the changes. Learn to cope with:
* mood swings & hormonal shifts
* hot flushes
* anxiety & irritability
* fatigue & insomnia
We will work with asanas, pranayama & yoga nidra techniques to keep your nervous system balanced & maintain strength without overheating the body.
